UNEARTHED​
This project explores the evolution in menswear jackets over the years. Here is an experiment to
to further evolve the Miner's jacket with utility and style.
Exploring pocket designing and design details by taking inspiration from the unique shapes of coal.
The jacket is cropped with a detachable band with pockets, which can be attached and detached with the buckles as per utility.
​
The elasticated waist gives a better fit and is safer as compared to the baggy construction jackets.
The design has reflective tape on the shoulders and leather patches on the elbow.
